The Fleetway agent was excellent - professional, efficient and effective in her organisation and administration of our booking. Her advice on the detail of our holiday destination was completely accurate and reliable. The hotel was above our expectations and was certainly up there with some of the best hotels I have stayed in - very clean with excellent food and fantastic friendliness and service from every member of staff.The Fleetway choice of correspondent agencies handling all meet and greet and efficient transfers was also excellent. Both ways our journeys went without any hitches. We had a very relaxing, fantastic holiday and will certainly be contacting Fleetway again in respect of future holidays.
