Overall the holiday was great. Excellent hotel, great food and fantastic staff. The only thing that let the experience down was the car hire process (the worst I've ever experienced!). We had wait the best part of 2 hours to get our car, the staff were pretty rude and unhelpful.Fleetway really should review recommending Firefly out of Naples to anyone except perhaps students who are prepared to put up with anything for a low price.
