We have just returned from an excellent week in Ischia. The Garden Hotel was outstanding, particularly in the competence and friendliness of all the staff. Its location is also very good.
Ischia is a charming island; the most charming place was the Mortella Gardens, both as a beautiful garden, and as a venue for an open-air evening concert.
Fleetway were very efficient, as were their local agents Imperatore who organised the transfers.
The only low point was the flight with Thomas Cook airline - long queues at check-in and appallingly poor legroom
