We stayed at The Swan House in Reykjavik and the accommodation was comfortable and spacious. The only down side was there was no lift on site and we could have been on the fourth floor. Reception closes at 2000 and the front door locked access by your room key. We arrived at 1930 and Swan House had no record of our booking so we were lucky there was no delays to our travel getting there or we would have been stuck outside all night.
The tours booked through Fleetway all went smoothly, ie they all turned up when they should have.
