I have done this but it disappeared. In brief the staff on the whole were very helpful. As an all inclusive holiday it was irritating and costly to set up the safe, obtain wifi and a kettle for our room. The initial reception was a bit casual as we were invited to find our room with all or baggage which was a long way from reception
