Services provided by Fleetway Travel, taxi & tours.

I returned from a trip to Ireland last week that was arranged by Fleetway Travel. I have two issues:

Although we paid $98 for the taxi service to Fleetway to have transportation from the airport to the hotel, they did not wait for us to get through customs or did not come to the airport at all. We had to take a bus to the hotel.
The night before we were scheduled to leave the taxi service called the hotel to tell us that they would pick us up at 8:20 Thursday to go to the airport. The did not come and when called said they were coming at 8:20 at night. We took a taxi to the airport at a much lower cost than arranged with Fleetway.

We called tour people that were arranged through Fleetway as directed in their email to let them know we were in country. They did not indicated any problem with the tour but it was cancelled without notice and we did not know until we arrived at the meeting place.

Recommend you arrange your own tours and take a taxi.

Fleetway informed me that it will take at least 28 days to try to resolve my problem and possible refunds for the taxi that did not show or the cancelled tour.
