Rooms and layout very good. Staff friendly and helpful where possible. Meals average in all restaurants. Level of English spoken poor which made things difficult when my wife had a fall. Doctor called but the hotel did not seem to care much. Individuals did assist where they could. Fleetway need a representative in the hotel specifically to deal with the English speaking guests. Overall though it was great value for money. We got what we paid for!

I am sorry to learn that your wife had a fall and I do hope that she is now fully recovered and additionally that this did not impact too much on her holiday.
