Great service!

I have booked 2 holidays this year so far with Fleetway Travel, earlier to Corfu and have just returned from Rome. The customer service was excellent and their website is very easy to use, I have no hesitation in recommending them.
I stayed at the A.Roma Lifestyle hotel just outside Rome, it has a lovely pool and spa which are great to use after a morning sight seeing. The hotel looks a bit like an office block from outside but inside is a very up market luxurious hotel with works of modern art wherever you look. Drinks and food can be a bit pricey, e.g. 5 euros for soft drinks and 16 euros for a club sandwich, but you are paying for the surroundings and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, I never usually sleep well away from home but had no problem here! The room temperature was very comfortable and our bedding and towels were changed every day. The hotel runs a shuttle into the centre of Rome each day at a cost of 2 euros each, a taxi home takes about 20 minutes and costs anything between 16 and 20 euros.
The only niggles I had were that reception could be very busy and we sometimes had a bit of a wait and that it could be difficult to find a bed around the pool as people seemed to leave their towels on them even when they had finished and these weren't taken away. Other than that I would definately reutn to this lovely hotel.
