Excellent hotel and service from Fleetway. The only hiccup was the transfer from Rome Airport to the hotel. Directions on how to find the driver were incorrect and we had to report to an office at the airport. We then had to wait 2 hours before they could take us to the hotel as they were waiting for 2 other passengers from another Terminal.
