Didn't know what to expect having never used before so was worried incase something went wrong. However everything went really smoothly. Loved the Hotel Fira. Although the hotel was a little further than I thought from The centre of Barcelona it was right next to the metro station. We brought a T10 ticket between us for 10 euros and found it really easy to get around on. Breakfast was excellent at Hotel Fira lots of choice and freshly cooked.
Barcelona is my favourite city so can not wait to book again.
The only negative I would say is that when booking an hotel it would be good to know how far out of the centre of the city it is.
