would like to mention that the hotel was fabulous but the staff were exceptional, always willing to help and go the extra mile to make sure you were completely happy. I would like to say that fleetway have been great from booking, to collection at the end of the stay. Well done to fleetway staff, will never use another holliday company. The service you have provided has been second to none, thankyou
The hotel at times had a bad smell at the entrance, but fortunately it was only around the entrance and was only certain times. I believe this was trying to be resolved.
