The booking process was fine, no problems, and documents arrived on time. Nice touch to get an email from Fleetway to warn about exit closures on M25/M23 so we were prepared for that on our journey to Gatwick. We knew the town we were staying in, Algeciras, was a commercial port rather than tourist resort but that was ok and quieter than we expected. The transfers to and from Gibraltar airport were a bit unusual but worked out very well. The hotel was overall a bit disappointing:we expected the faded charm aspect but felt they had cut back too much on the food and service. Travel opportunities to Gib or Ronda were good. A little bit more info on the town and its environs plus the places to visit would have been useful.
Overall the holiday was good value for the money.
