Excellent resort. Staff outstanding without exception. Transfer arrangements efficiently managed by private travel company. Made frequent use of free shuttle service to local towns (Ischia town not included but bus stop very close to resort). Food excellent. Catering for food intolerances. Reasonably priced lunches and drinks. Definitely a place to visit out of season. Thermal pool a great plus. Standard room OK - bed very comfortable. Overall an excellent holiday experience.
