The start of the holiday was a big shock because Fleetway had booked us into the wrong hotel! They had booked us into The Columbia Beach Resort hotel instead of the Columbia Beach Hotel, the former being 5 star and the latter 4 star, so we felt let down. But the experience at the Columbia Beach was really good. They pulled out all the stops. There wasn't any attempt to wheedle money out of you which you get so often these days, service was spectacular, the room (which we had to pay extra for) was excellent and all in all it was superb value for money. As a bonus the sun shone so a god holiday was assured! Apart from that rather worrying hiccup at the beginning we were looked after from start to finish.
