We have been looking forward to our short break in Iceland for some time - and we weren't disappointed! The Kleddur hotel in Rekyavik was warm and welcoming, comfortable and clean room, generous breakfast and very helpful staff. Although we were told that there was no guarantee that we would see the Northern Lights, our guide was obviously determined that we would, and finally, long after we should have returned to the hotel, we saw a magnificent display. The only disappointment was the poor service by Easy Jet at Manchester where, although we had paid extra for speedy boarding, we were treated like everyone else and had to queue in the wind and rain to board the plane (none of this was Fleetway's fault). Everyone we met in Iceland was helpful, professional and dedicated to giving the best possible service to tourists. We would recommend this trip to anyone.
