Tour Ticket Confusion in Reykjavik

You advised me that we had to exchange vouchers for Transfer and Tour Tickets upon arrival in Reykjavik.
I asked you to clarify where exactly I had to pick up these tickets.
You told me to go to the tour desk at the airport to get these tickets.
There are 2 tour desks at Keflavik airport - one of them had a Fleetway sign so I queued there for 20 minutes.
The desk told me I had to go to the other desk where there was no Fleetway sign.
I queued at the second desk for 5 minutes only to be told that there was no need to exchange my vouchers for tickets, but just to show them to the bus driver. This proved to be correct and all vouchers were accepted by the applicable bus drivers / tour operators. Several fellow holidaymakers also commented to me on this confusion, Which wasted nearly 30 minutes on airport arrival.

The holiday went well apart from that, although sadly the Northern Lights did not show on all 3 days we were there.

You need to correct this confusion for future arrangements in Iceland and detail it very clearly on your instructions. YOU DO NOT NEED TO EXCHANGE FLEETWAY VOUCHERS FOR TRANSFER OR TOUR TICKETS UPON ARRIVAL AT KEFLAVIK AIRPORT. Thanks, Peter Fell
