Fleetway Travel are a company I would gladly use again. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and efficient.
The only disappointment was the shuttle transfer from Palma to Santa Ponsa which was a nightmare. We sat on the coach at the airport for an hour and a half and it then took another 2 and a half hours to get to our hotel. Travelling with a baby for that length of time was totally unacceptable.
The driver couldn't speak any English and was very rude. We didn't bother with the transfer back to the airport and hired a minibus instead at our own expense.
The rest of the holiday was absolutely superb however and the Fergus Style hotel in Cala Blanca was lovely with modern clean decor, great staff and a very varied menu. I would definitely go again.
