Excellent holiday experience

The rep at the 'Fleetway' call centre was very helpful and made our booking very easy especially when adding additional excursions to our trip. The confrimation emails were received quickly and the excursion details were very thorough.

On arrival at the airport there was some confusion over the transfer details. Although our paperwork stated 'Greyline' we were actually re-directed to the 'FlyBus' desk to exchange our vouchers. Minor point but it did hold us up. It didn't help that it was raining and we were not able to board the bus.

The hotel was very clean and in a good location with a bus stop outside serving the local town and Reykjavik. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially when we needed to book taxi's and extra excursions.

We booked three excursions direct with Fleetway and each one was a great experience using a local tour company 'Greyline/Iceland Excursions'. All their transport was of a high standard and the guides were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing I would recommend is to ask the hotel staff to check the pick up times of all your excusions. Each of ours were earlier than stated on the paperwork and we may have missed them if we hadn't checked.

That said we would rate our overall experience of Fleetway and our holiday as 10/10.
