The overall experience was excellent. We booked the holiday very quickly and we were delighted with the value we received from our holiday.
The information that we received about the holiday was swift, however the reason we have marked the overall experience as four star rather than five is because we received conflicting information about the restaurants that were included in the half board option at the hotel. This matter was resolved quickly by fleet way after we sent a quick email to get clarification.
Overall we were very happy and had a great holiday and would definitely use fleet way again.
