Fantastic Staff who worked very hard in all areas. Rooms were immaculate, thank you Mohammed. Food in General was only average, Main restaurant was exceedingly busy and at every meal some of our parties plates were removed before all had finished. Superb relaxing breakfasts and evenings in the Rooftop Garden, thanks to Mohammed Sedki and Osama.
Very few Eastern Europeans in this hotel so it was a shame that the incessant PA announcements were predominantly in the Russian tongue. Also the Animation team at the beach seemed intent on competing with the next Hotels Sound system which sadly meant that we didn't get the peace and quiet we would have expected.
