An excellent Boutique Hotel but NOT a five star hotel as advertised. In the local hotel guide it is not listed as having any stars and appears under the heading 'Hotels with Charm'. Our stay was first rate but the restaurant, although of a very high standard, offered only a two or three course table d'hote menu in the evenings. This meant that when we'd had a decent lunch we didn't have the option of something lighter in the evening.
The shuttle transfer into Marrakech took 15 minutes and ran six times a day which was quite adequate, the shuttle bus seated 10, if more were booked to travel they happily put on another, but on occasions people who hadn't booked were turned away if there weren't sufficient empty seats once all who had booked were on board, this came as a surprise to those affected and were left waiting.
