Have been with Fleetway three times now and never a problem. Have been with others too but feel confident and secure in thought of their abilities to deliver. Everything was just as planned and turned out better than anticipated. We will certainly book again with Fleetway. Hotel (Auditorium Madrid) was just as described and more, flights, links etc all as should be (Easy Jet Luton) a budget flight but all fine. I cannot find fault at all, perhaps knowing where to go for Hotel shuttle-buses pull in? But a simple question found it for us, so, nothing wrong at all. I do like being able to speak to someone about the holiday, to take me through the booking as I make it. In this case they found a list of Madrid hotels with pools so I could make a better and informed choice.
