From start to finish the procedure was faultless. The operator who booked our holiday was a gem and spent an hour trying to accommodate the dates we wanted - she never gave up. I was contacted by e-mail and text when tickets were sent to me and updating details on the website was customer friendly.
All in all the experience was great. Outbound and on the return leg of our journies to and from the airport we were greeted by Fleetway staff, who spoke good english. They covered all necessary points ie, visas etc.
We didn't like our room at our hotel and asked for it to be changed. We contacted our rep who was onto it straight away and made a follow up call to us to ascertain we were moved.
Will definitely use the tour operator again.
