A simple straightforward online booking - then all documents were emailed and texted - no hassle and no need to contact Fleetway about anything. When we got to the hotel there had been a booking error (the hotels fault)however they had already booked us into another hotel (4 stars)and everything was taken care of giving us the choice of choosing another hotel if that one was not suitable, no need, the other hotel was perfect and the holiday was outstanding. I am already planning next years holiday and will be using Fleetway.
