Our journey out went very well. This is a 3* all inclusive hotel we were shocked and appalled at the behaviour of the guests. Most of the families let their children run riot.Playing in lifts knocking on doors fighting swearing breaking pool equipment barging into people kicking room doors at all times of day till after 12.00 at night.We complained to reception who appologised to us and said they have given warning out to the families. We felt ashamed to be from the UK.The hotel have everything organised exstreamly well everything is self service ie ice cream,tea, coffee, Fanta drinks,Fizzy and plain water,slushice,so no queing. Alchol was served by hotel staff.The food was very good lots of choice hot and cold dishes.Once again in the restaurant all drinks were from machines so no waiting around to be served.Another good idea 'picknick boxes (empty) were supplied and you chose your food for the day and made up your sandwiches etc at breakfast.The staff were friendly and the rooms clean.Everything was supplied for the children for them to have a great time it is a shame the hotel and its staff was not shown a little respect.Due to the abuse the hotel has from some of the guests it is need of refurbishment. Unfortunately we have arrived home deprived of sleep and have not had a peaceful refreshing holiday.
