Break to Benidorm!

We booked a short weekend break for myself and a friend to Benidorm in June. The booking was all done very efficiently on line and reminder emails were sent keeping us updated. Everything was sent for us to print off and just go. Hotel Montemar was good for a weekend. Great location. (quite old clientele but it gave us something to laugh about!). Only complaint for whole weekend I would have is the bus transfer from airport to hotel. The English lady on the desk was really rude in her manner. When told we needed to phone on the Friday before our departure to arrange our transfer back I asked if we would be able to arrange it then as we were only there for a weekend away so the Friday before would be the very next day, she looked around, arms in the air and replied "do I look like I have a computer" !! I think maybe a simple 'sorry I'm unable to do that' would have been fine!
I would certainly use Fleetway Travel again.
