booking procedure very easy everything flowed correctly, the tickets came through email very easy to do. total cost of holiday excellent talking to other people at hotel we had an absolute bargain, transfer to hotel by mercedes was very nice, hotel excellent in every way, cannot wait to go back again. will use this system again for another holiday. cannot think of anything negative to say.
