Overall a good holiday experience. Efficient holiday booking experience, flight experience was good with Tunis Air and transfers worked well which were arranged with "A2B". Hotel gave us a good standard room on third floor with ocean views, can't ask for more. Helpful staff, good location, beautiful hotel but the food standards could be improved. Being on all inclusive stay we had to pay for soft drinks while alcoholic drinks were free which is discriminating against all non alcoholic drinkers, although we were given free bottled water.
