We booked this holiday in Cyprus at very short notice due to the poor weather in UK and were absolutely delighted with our destination, hotel and service received from all involved. The information received was accurate and confirmed by email/text/voicemail before we left so left nothing to chance. The hotel staff were excellent and very helpful with local information and when we asked to change rooms for a double rather than a twin, nothing was too much trouble. Our journey ran smoothly with no hitches and the only downside was the cost of the transfer from airport to hotel which we thought was expensive and would have been useful if we had had more information on this aspect and possible alternative options.
