My Husband booked a surprise birthday holiday for me I did not know where I was going or staying .
We arrived at the Cotillo Beach Hotel in Fuertenventura on 18th February .
We had a wonderful week there , the hotel was brilliant , the rooms spotless ,the bedding and towels snowy white the food was brilliant and catered for all tastes with a really good selection , all the staff were very helpful, courteous and polite a pleasure to be there .
