paradise for all the family

four hotels in one complex.
Lots to do feel that we didn't even scratch the surface of what was on offer there.
Spa area beautifully designed.
rooms spacious.
loved the greenery of the area and wildlife, iguanas by the dozen racoons, weasels, deer, if you are lucky howler monkeys.
The whole of the area was never over crowded. lots of peace and quite or activity and noise if you wanted. You must find the secret bar.
No problem getting into the al carte resturants.
All staff were extremely polite (very different to surley barmen in turkey and Egypt) and hardworking.
There is a big tip culture.

Would have liked to know that there I a big mosqutito problem needed lots of spray and room diffusers.

Very few negatives but here we go:

Check in process crazy! and took ages after a very long flight and coach ride. Each person had to fill in a form and give details. Could we not of been given forms before arrival ie on coach by rep.

5 out of seven of us had diarrhoea for a week. Reported it to guest relations who not really interested in that it may of been contagious!
reception staff a bit sirley for my liking.
