Returned from the grand Bahia principe akumal on 28 th oct ,terrible service sold by first choice as 24hour all inclusive bar shut at 11pm .Complained in resort and also when I got home still not heard anything back from them they knew about the problems 2month beforehand but didn,t care about their customers enough to do anything about it,I feel they have miss old the holiday and are in breach of contract.Will not use first choice again.
