This all inclusive hotel was great for families, excellent first choice kids club plus the hotels own club which had evening entertainment for the kids. Hotel is meant to be 4 star but it does need updating so i would say it was more a 3 star. Food ok and a la carte restaurants poor quality with very limited menus! but macgonalds and kfc deliver to hotel! Food at the beach bar really good! waterpark fab and you could always get a sun bed although wave pool didnt work our first week we were there but kids loved it!!! lazy river was extremely lazy! bar and pool staff excellent just remember to tip now and again!
Dont book excurations with first choice extremely over priced lots of local excurations companies offering exactly same deals for 1/3 of price they are insuranced and treat you very well despite what first choice say!!!
Every night there was a power cut often more than one so take a torch they dont last long but if you are on your way to the toilet or back to your room your need a torch!! I would of thought they would of invested in solar panels but they didnt.
The weather and sea life is out of this world strongly recommend quad bikes (heard the buggies broke down alot!!), red sea cruise and glass bottom boat totally amazing!!
