From the minute i spoke to the travel agent and booked with Fisrt choice I knew i was in good hands. We got to Mombasa one day late due to a technical failure with the aircraft however a hotel was arranged for us for the interim period. Flight food was great and entertainment was god too, travelling with a 2 and a half year old can be challenging but every effort was made to ensure that we were okay.
When we landed in Mombasa we were met by the one and only Victor who was amazing and made us very welcome despite being ever so tired. As i speak Swahili fluently we quickly built a good rapport with him. The Hotel itself is in a livley location which is better than going to their sister hotel in the South, the staff were excellent and went out of their way to exceed customer expectations. Victor deserves a pat on the back and perhaps a payrise/ promotion! Overally would travel again with first choice but more so would go back to Mombasa to Bamburi Beach Hotel.
