I cannot believe that 2 days prior to departing on a family holiday having booked my accommodation through fast-hotel booking.com, I made contact with the hotel to organise some transport on arrival. The hotel told me they have no knowledge of my booking. After further investigation I realised I had been scammed by these scumbags for over $3000.00. This is a fraud site, we arrived in corfu and when we got to our hotel there was no record of our booking and the hotel was full. Thankfully due to a very helpful manager we were found somewhere else to stay. At first we thought it was just a mistake but then realised that we may have been victims of a scam. We booked on this site and payed 2300 eurohe. When we contacted the hotel there was no information about us. They tell you that they send your details 72 hours in front but every booking by hotels goes directly in the hotel administration. (read more)

we were in the same boat having turned up at our hotel in majorca 26/09/2012 to be told 2 days later our booking was not paid for. we paid for and recieved cofirmation of our booking with fast hotel mid july!!!! the hotel manager was kind enought to let us stay for the remainder of our holiday giving us until the departure date to come up with the money. effectively we paid twice for our holiday and unfortunately for us we cannot claim the money back due to the fact it was booked via debit card NOT credit :-(

The site is a fraud - it is convincing , but a complete fraud operation. Do not on any account use this site to book anything. We were due to leave to Portugal next week and have since found the hotel has no record of our booking. If you hqve booked with them the stqrt proceedings right now. We're in the process of trying to recover the money but it has totally ruined our plans. Anyone have any suggestions on how to report these scum? I think the site is based in Turkey... (read more)

A similar thing happened to me, booked a hotel through this site then a checked my bank account a few days later and instead of taking £89.91 they took £91.89 which caused concern so I rang the hotel too verify the booking only to be told they had no idea who I was but I wasn't booked into their hotel. I have to wait 15 days to open a dispute via my bank. Do not use (read more)

Booked a hotel thro this website, rang the hotel to confirm a few days later but no reservation, tried to ring number on website but got a toll free number with voice message, e-mailed them but no reply. Penny finally dropped it could be a scam, rang credit card company and got told the payment came up for a purchase in a jewellers in Turkey!
