Terrible terrible terrible...I called to book a room the price was different then quoted. I was hung up on while trying to figure out the huge price difference . I will never use there service again and will file a complaint. The customer service agent put me on hold then the phone disconnected so I called back and got hung up on again. The customer service representative was rude. Kept interrupting me as I was speaking as if I was bothering him. I booked elsewhere and was treated nicely. Too much competition for me to be disrespected and I rather give my money to a company who is customer friendly. By the way Expedia lost over $300 of business .... please go elsewhere we don't need companies like this taking our hard earned money and treating people anyway they feel. They really a Need a course in customer service. I never write reviews but this made me feel so disrespected as a consumer.
