Generally when I write a review it's because of exceptional service or an equally poor experience. Expedia is the latter, a poor experience. After discovering an error on a booking I contacted Expedia. The first level of customer service was not able to resolve the problem. I was told that I would be contacted by the end of the day. I was never contacted. This was repeated three times on three separate days. The problem was never resolved and I was never contacted by email or by phone.
I will not ever be a repeat customer. There are better online travel companies that appreciate the meaning of customer service. I shall be going else where in the future.
