worst service ever

just got back from domican republic booked two excursion with expedia got down to hotel and called companys to verify excursion one company had reservation but couldn't get hold other company. hotel had expedia person there booking excursions at hotel but said she couldn't help because we booked in usa so we had to call them.so we call them and get put on hold did this eight times explaining to customer service every time this took up a half day still couldn't get anything done . We found out that expedia had used same id number for both excursions. Found this out from there competitor wasted half day booked another excursion from other company they got back to us a day later had to go on that one to because they would not refund that excursion too. expedia is really bad at customer service they really didn.t care as long as they had your money. do not book with these company when going out of country.they do not care about your time or vacation.
