Upon booking a hotel for one night on a business trip to Leeds for 5th September and selecting the correct date - all was good. Upon clicking confirm, the date jumped to the 13th September.

Expedia have not been cooperative and refused to deal with the complaint any further and state that the 13th was selected by myself. The cost of the booking will not be reimbursed/amended despite a fault with their online system and I now have to go through my bank to get it refunded.

Avoid Expedia at all costs.
