Made reservation with Expedia for Chicago Hotel with only requirement being two beds. Was guaranteed two beds. Called back to check and was again guaranteed two beds by another agent. arrived at hotel where there was only one bed available. Offered rollaway for 4 people! Nightmare. Expedia offered to "cover the cost of the rollaway"...that's only $20. Are you kidding me? I have been on the phone with 7 Expedia reps, all the way from phone operator to mid-level management and was told the last person I spoke with "could only consult" and not talk to me. DO NOT USE EXPEDIA unless you want to spend your vacation on the phone and miserable.
