be aware before you book your vacation with Expedia. My husband spent most of Monday trying to book our family vacation to Cancun, MX. When he clicked on room we wanted and the details of the room and $50 sand credit/free 24hr cancellation. When he printed out the itinerary, the details of the room didn't print out. So he called Expedia after 2 hrs going back and fourth, the supervisor said it was my husbands fault that he clicked on the wrong room.. Too may a long story short, the supervisor tried to book the same room/info and flight, and yes the supervisor did not got the same info he/she printed out the itinerary. finally said it was Expedia fault. Be very carefully before you book you vacation.....
