Expedia will never be used again. They bumped my designated seats on both flights. Prices for a nonstop flight were more than I should have paid. They do not answer the phone . Wait time of over 45 minutes. Then, you get a foreigner who speaks very poor English. Bumped my returning flight to 4 separate seats, with a seven year old travelling alone. Expedia can do nothing over the phone. The airline attendant changed the seats at the gate to seats next to the bathroom. A really horrible flight British Air which is now American Airlines. Worst planes in fleet. No TV's on seat . Extremely small seats.,Expedia has lost my business! Their customer care is nonexistent!
