Booked a trip with Expedia, drove 4 hours to hotel and didn't stay in the room. I was still charged for the room even though I never set foot in it. To be quite honest we were afraid we might pick up bed bugs it was such a nasty place. The hotel looked nothing like it did on the site and "customer support' consisted of someone in a forigen country reading a script about how they were very sorry but there was nothing they could do. After spending half a day driving got to find myself a room which really wasn't that difficult. I will NEVER book with this site again!
