I wanted to change my flight to stay in Europe for a week more. I called Expedia two weeks earlier to make that happen and they told me they will email me back the costs that will affect me or the change of tickets and the time. They email me 4 days later ( too late) and answer me with irrelevant information. I call back and they make me wait an hour for the head to talk with me and then he hangs up... What the hell...
The deals are good, but the customer service sucks.
And I didn't stay a week longer in Europe.
