Bad weather sometimes hits the USA. My son is studying there and his connection from Evansville to Chicago was cancelled. EEk==need him home at Christmas so telephone Expedia (who were happy to take my money when I booked the flight). Indian call centre. Two hours on the telephone. Useless. Telephoned American Airlines Sorted out in 15 minutes. Never, ever use Expedia. Even if you dislike someone you can never dislike them enough to recommend this dreadful company. Just about to spend $1000 on different flights. Guess who I will not be spending it with.
