Sent me an email offering £20 off my first booking through the expedia app so I downloaded it and entered the code only to have it rejected.
Called 'customer service' to be told minimum spend of £100 required. I asked where it said that and they said in the terms and conditions. I asked where they were because they were not included in the email nor was there a link to them in the email. They said they had them there!!!
Complained by email and was told the T&C were on the website.
So before using an offer that they sent I have to search the website (and search you'll have to ) to see if I can use the offer.
Well done expedia marketing team - I may have downloaded the app but have now deleted it and will not use/recommend expedia in the future. Way to go...
