I received an email that I could get rewards points through their program after I booked a flight. The email said I would get credited the points if I joined anytime in the next 2 weeks after booking the flight.
I signed up for the program, and then they never credited me the points!
I emailed customer service, no response.
I called customer service and got passed through 3 different people (clearly this was all out-sourced to a different country). The final person I spoke with refused to give me credit for the points. I asked him to cancel my account. I will now only book through the airlines directly.
