Problems with shuttle from airport to hotel. Expedia told me I might have to wait 3 hours. Attitude was very much not their problem. Further compounded by response when I asked them to check out the return shuttle that they tried to contact the local,office, could not get through, and so have just dumped the problem back with me. Appalling customer care. Avoid at all costs
