I made two hotel bookings in the UK, all went fine until I asked for invoices, they keep telling me they are on there way. However I have not received them and after several calls, they still have not sent them. Are they paying their taxes, because i can see no other reasons for not supplying an invoice. Avoid this company, their customer support is terrible and they should not be allowed to trade like this.
