I have travelled extensively for 30 years, but these clowns set the standard for bad customer service. I booked a hotel through them which was confirmed by email, then contacted the hotel to arrange a taxi. I was surprised to hear from the hotel that my reservation had been cancelled without my knowledge. I followed this up with Expedia and after 40 mins on the phone talking to somebody in deepest Asia, I was none the wiser as to why and how my reservation had been cancelled. They promised to look into it, but no one ever got back to me so I booked another hotel through another company
If I hadn't checked about the taxi, I could have turned up at the hotel to find no room available for me.
